Vacancy: Administrator - Depots
Department: Operations – Depot Admin
Contract: Permanent
Location: Stellenbosch
Key areas of responsibilities
- Daily Depot Inventory Management.
- Capturing delivered and dispatched loads on in-house ERP system.
- Reconciliation of ERP System Inventory with Depot Grain Portal.
- General administration of and any administrative functions required in the inventory management of depots.
- Processing invoices and Loading Depot payments on payment system (CIA).
- Maintaining depot asset register and licensing of depot vehicles.
- Ad hoc support as required.
Minimum professional qualifications and experience
- National Senior Certificate (Grade 12) with Mathematics Literacy and Accountancy as subjects or a tertiary qualification in Finance or Accountancy.
- Minimum three years’ working experience in a similar position.

- Computer Literacy (MS Excel, Word, Outlook).
- Ability to work in an admin intensive and detail orientated role.
- Ability to work under pressure whilst maintaining a high degree of accuracy.
- Experience of working in a fast-paced environment.

- Ability to work well within a team environment.
- Good reasoning and problem-solving skills.
Desirable skills
- Intermediate Excel proficiency.

- Reports to the Systems Manager.
- Market related base salary + provident and medical aid benefits.
- Work model - Monday to Friday.
- Seasonal activities / harvest runs from April to August.
- December is financial year end.
