Overview


This role supports the HR function across Asia Pacific by enhancing employee engagement, managing recruitment activities, and facilitating efficient HR operations.
It plays an integral part in Learning & Development through content creation, program coordination, and monitoring effectiveness.

Key Responsibilities


1. Employee Engagement 
•  Assist in planning and executing local HR activities to boost employee engagement
•  Contribute to HR projects aimed at enhancing the overall employee experience


2. Recruitment Support
•  Screen applications and identify qualified candidates
•  Schedule interviews and coordinate communication between candidates and hiring teams
•  Support candidate experience initiatives to ensure a smooth recruitment process


3. HR Operations & Administration
•  Provide operational and administrative support for HR activities in line with company policies
•  Handle ad-hoc tasks and provide general HR support to regional and local teams


4. Learning & Development (L&D)
•  Coordinate training sessions, workshops, and learning events (including logistics, scheduling, and participant communication)
•  Manage end-to-end execution of L&D programs (pre-training, during training, and post-training)
•  Assist in the development of learning materials (e.g., presentations, e-learning modules, training handbooks, case studies)
•  Research and recommend new learning tools, methods, and best practices

Are You The One 


•  Currently pursuing or holding a degree in Human Resources, Communications, Business, or related field
•  Strong interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills
•  Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools
•  Strong problem-solving and critical thinking abilities
•  Self-motivated with a proactive and independent working style
•  Passion for HR, employee development, and working in a multicultural, regional environment
•  Adaptability and commitment to working in a global setting
•  Available to commit to full-time from May 2026 for a minimum of 3 months
