Research Analyst

岗位职责：

 跟踪和分析大宗农产品的供需基本面、价格走势及市场结构

 监测国内外宏观经济、产业政策及突发事件对农产品市场的影响

 撰写定期研究报告、市场点评及专题分析  与交易、采购或销售团队保持紧密沟通，提供研究支持

 Track and analyze supply-demand fundamentals, price movements, and market structures of agricultural commodities

 Monitor the impact of macroeconomic trends, industry policies, and unexpected events on commodity markets

 Produce regular research reports, market commentaries, and thematic studies

 Collaborate closely with trading, procurement, or sales teams to provide research support

任职资格：

 硕士研究生及以上学历，经济、金融、经济学、统计、数量分析或相关专业

 2年以上期货研究、投研或相关工作经验，大宗农产品行业从业经历优先

 具备较强的数据分析能力，熟练使用 Excel、PPT等办公软件；掌握 Python、SQL、R 或 VBA 者优先  逻辑清晰，具备良好的研究写作和表达能力

 具备较强的责任心、自驱力及团队合作精神

 良好的英文能力，可以适应英文工作环境

 Master’s degree or above in Economics, Finance, Economics, Statistics, Quantitative Analysis, or related fields

 2+ years of experience in futures research, investment research, or related roles; prior experience in the agricultural commodities industry is a plus

 Strong data analysis capabilities, with proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, and other office softwares; experience with Python, SQL, R, or VBA is preferred  Clear logical thinking with solid research writing and presentation skills

 High level of responsibility, strong self-motivation, and a collaborative team-oriented mindset

 Strong English proficiency, with the ability to work effectively in an English-speaking or bilingual working environment
