Execution Associate (Coffee)

Job Responsibilities:

- Assist in the coordination of operational tasks related to Coffee contracts and business

- Monitor and update contract status, ensuring timely delivery，and coordinate with teams to meet contract deadlines

- Communicate with clients and internal origin teams regarding trade/contract progress

- Manage documentation related to contracts and shipments

- Support in data entry and maintaining of data in internal systems

- Continuously improve operational processes

- Ensure compliance with company policies and regulations

Education, experience, skills:

- Bachelor's degree in Global Trading or Economy.

- At least 1-2 years of experience in global trade or food import relevant, coffee industry preferred.

- Fluent in spoken and written English, able to communicate with international teams for daily work.

- Proficiency in Microsoft Office.

- Strong organizational and communication skills.

- Problem-solving abilities.

- Attention to detail and organizational skills.

- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
