This position will work hand in hand with the G&O Controller and support all areas that are under the responsibility of controlling. Description of Activities Details of the activities.

Responsible for support G&O Controller Brazil focus on Interior
Manage and review the main processes
Support and ensure stakeholder management for the different areas (Fx, logistics, accounting, middle office and others)
Responsible for SAP implantation rollouts from a controlling perspective.
Analyze flow from farm to crush, farm to export and general process
Control and review all processes
Working daily with global and local middle office teams
Making sound recommendations to enhance efficiency of accounting and reporting functions— supporting computer systems, and to ensure quality of data
Ensuring the accuracy and integrity of the data revenues that are processed in the systems daily
Research and document all reporting requirements
Complete proper and timely recording of financial transactions
Implement systems, processes and procedures to improve efficiency
Elaborate all needed reports
Present accurate, timely monthly and quarterly financial statements and management reports for the Company
Implement and direct controlling policies/procedures for all reporting

Requirements Requirements for position

Graduation:	Complete higher education, preferably degree in accounting or similar. Desirable postgraduation or MBA in accounting.
Experience:	In controlling area Leadership experience
Languages:	Native Portuguese Advanced Business English
IT Knowledges:	Excel Datasul SAP ACM (Prefered) Sap Module
Technical skills:	Full knowledge of Brazil environment for business including legislation, organized, leadership skills, development skills. Agribusiness experience. Good knowledge of P&L is useful
