MDM Analyst

Responsibilities:

• Respond to MDM enquiries from Business Units;
• Manage MDM Change Requests (e.g., Business Partners, G/L Accounts) with more complexity following processes and policies;
• Provide support to End-users with MDM Change Requests and Incidents submission;
• Support business, IT projects or/and MDM teams with Master Data Quality activities;
• Support MDM Team, Business Units and Process Experts to resolve Master Data issues;
• Support with MDM policies, procedures and standards definition;
• Support with the creation and maintenance of MDM educational material.

Requirements:

• Completed or currently pursuing a degree in Business Administration, IT Technician, Data Analysis Technician, Economics, or related fields;
• Experience in MDM operations, data systems, or document flow registration;
• Ability to understand the basic processes and concepts of master data management, data quality, and data governance;
• Experience working in an international environment
• Microsoft Office (Excel and Teams);
• Intermediate use of SAP systems (e.g., MDG, ERP);
• Advanced English;
• Advanced Spanish.
