Treasury Reporting and Controlling Analyst

Job purpose

The primary responsibilities are to support the Senior Treasury Manager in coordinating intercompany loans and the related administrative requirements, preparing monthly reconciliations, analyzing bank fees, and improving existing Treasury Controls. 

 

Responsibilities

  • Prepare and review cash flow, debt, and interest forecasts, providing clear insights and explanations for variances;
  • Ensure accurate accounting for debt, intercompany loans, and other treasury-related activities within the Treasury Management System;
  • Monthly reconciliations of cash and debt balances to accounting numbers;
  • Monthly review of fees charged to the Group by the CIL Global banks;
  • Monthly review of financial statements providing clear insights and explanations for variances;
  • Continuous improvement of existing Treasury Controls;
  • Assist the Senior Treasury Manager on internal and external audits, providing required documentation and guidance;
  • Ad-hoc reporting.

 

Requirements

  • Bachelor's/Master's degree in Finance or any related area;
  • Minimum of 4-5 years of experience in a similar role;
  • Fluent in English, both spoken and written;
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret complex financial data and make recommendations;
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to effectively present financial information;
  • Proficient in ERP systems, TMS, and Microsoft Suite;
  • Attention to detail and accuracy, with the ability to work with large volumes of data and meet tight deadlines;
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize and multitask effectively;
  • Ethical and trustworthy, with a commitment to maintaining confidentiality and integrity in financial matters.
