Job Purpose:
Support the operational execution of the Data Privacy Programme, with a primary focus on the implementation and day‑to‑day use of the OneTrust platform, privacy documentation, and first‑level support for privacy risk assessments.
Responsibilities:
- Support the Data Privacy function through operational and documentation‑driven activities linked to the rollout and use of the OneTrust platform and the execution of privacy assessments.
- OneTrust & Privacy Assessments, including but not limited to:
- Reviewing OneTrust intakes, records, and workflows for completeness and consistency;
- Supporting the preparation of first‑level drafts of privacy risk assessments (e.g. vendor assessments), focused on factual information gathering;
- Assisting with data mapping activities, including documentation of systems, data categories, vendors, and data flows;
- Coordinating with business, IT, HR, and Procurement teams to actively follow up on and chase missing inputs or evidence;
- Supporting the maintenance, accuracy, and consistency of privacy records and master data in OneTrust;
- Supporting the definition, tracking, and documentation of operational privacy KPIs, under DPO guidance;
- Preparing and maintaining basic dashboards and trackers (e.g. assessment volume, completion status, aging of actions, data quality indicators) to support reporting and monitoring of the Data Privacy Programme.
- OneTrust & Privacy Assessments, including but not limited to:
Key Result Areas: (Key Performance Indicators)
- Completeness and consistency of OneTrust intakes and records;
- Timely follow‑up and closure of missing inputs and actions;
- Quality and accuracy of first‑level assessment drafts and documentation;
- Quality of data mapping outputs (systems, vendors, data categories, flows);
- Adherence to defined templates, workflows, and internal standards;
- Ability to manage multiple follow‑ups and priorities effectively;
- Stakeholder coordination and responsiveness;
- Professional written communication and reporting:
- Attention to detail and reliability in execution;
Education:
- Final‑year student or recent graduate in Law or a related discipline (e.g. Business/Management, Data, Compliance & Governance, Information Systems)
Skills:
- Fluent English (mandatory);
- Strong ability to work with structured information, templates, and workflows;
- Comfort with enterprise tools and platforms (OneTrust experience is a plus, not required);
- Microsoft 365 tools (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, SharePoint);
- Clear written documentation and summarisation skills;
- Ability to proactively follow up, coordinate, and chase outstanding inputs;
- Structured and analytical thinking;
- Strong organisation and time‑management skills;
- Ability to work across regions and functions;
- Proactive, reliable, and detail‑oriented.
