JOB PURPOSE:

A recruitment trainee in entry-level position involves going over resumes of prospective hires, screening job applicants, performing back-office recruitment activities and generally helping people through the hiring process. A successful candidate for the role is a people person and has no trouble communicating with others in a friendly but professional manner.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Attending intake meetings, together with senior Recruiters/Talent Acquisition Partners;
• Performs back-office recruitment tasks – scheduling interviews, keeps the ATS up to date; triggers background checks; manages with supervision pre-onboarding process;
• Sources candidates; creates pipelines of candidates for futures needs;
• Posts adverts (internal/external);
• Pre-screens candidates;
• Take notes during interviews/screening process;
• Ad-hoc recruitment activities and supports the Talent team.

REQUIREMENTS:

• Bachelor’s degree or higher qualifications in Human Resources/ Psychology or related discipline;
• Fluent in English (both written and spoken);
• Additional European language is nice to have;
• Adapts easily to changes;
• Resilient;
• Tech savy.
