Job Purpose
- Perform enhanced diligence and understand risks inherent to sanctioned countries.
Responsibilities
- Review escalated screening reports and advise employees accordingly;
- Provide ongoing support in the monitoring of alerts generated by RDC;
- Support Compliance in the enhanced due diligence performed on counterparties domiciled in high-risk jurisdictions.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or higher qualifications in Law/Finance/Economy or related discipline;
- Fluent in English (mandatory);
- Good understanding of sanction regulations;
- General familiarity with international organizations such as Transparency International or Financial Action Task Force (“FATF”), and risks (public officials, Politically Exposed Person (“PEP”), etc.);
- General knowledge of commodity trading;
- Team player
