Non Trade AP Analyst

Non-Trade AP Analyst  (10 Month Contract)

Job Purpose: Support Corporate Finance operations by ensuring the accurate and timely processing of non-trade supplier invoices, maintaining reliable accounting records, and supporting the effective operation of financial controls, systems, and reporting processes.

Responsibilities (but not limited to):

• Process and record non-trade supplier invoices accurately and in a timely manner in accordance with company policies and procedures.
• Review invoices and supporting documentation to ensure proper approvals, coding, and compliance with internal controls.
• Maintain vendor master data, ensuring accuracy, completeness, and compliance with established policies.
• Ensure proper system maintenance, including updated mappings and interface management.
• Prepare and submit monthly and quarterly financial reports for Group entities.
• Assist with internal and external audit requests and ad-hoc inquiries. 

 Experience and competencies:

• Bachelor's degree or advanced student in accounting
• Fluency in English (oral and written)
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel
• Detail-oriented with a focus on accuracy and timeliness in reporting.
