Documents Operations Executive

(12 Month Contract)

We are looking for a new member to be responsible for elaborating documents for both Letter of Credit and Cash Against Documents trades for the COFCO Intl. business. Includes the partial or full execution of all aspects of documents’ issuance coordinating with numerous relevant parties to collaborate to ensure smooth document issuance.

 

Responsibilities Include (but not limited to):

  • Elaborate documents for COFCO Intl trades. Includes monitoring, documenting, issuance, and presentation of documents. 
  • Keep systems updated.
  • Record and manage all details of the documentation flow including; receiving document instructions / preparation / drafts’ ready / issuance of COOs & LOAs / documents’ issuance.
  • Ensure smooth flow of information between execution department and other international offices.
  • Ensure all operational procedures and practices are in line with company standard operating procedures.
  • Maintain close contact with surveyors and service providers.
  • Negotiate claims and respond effectively and proactively to problems.
  • Maintain and manage document records, files and databases as per department requirements.

 

Experience & competencies:

•    Bachelor’s degree -or advanced student- in International Affairs, Law, Business Administration or equivalent
•    Experience or knowledge in Letters of Credit it's desirable
•    Fluent in English (spoken and written)-mandatory
