Contract Admin. Analyst
We are looking for a new member to be responsible for drafting trading contracts by accurately incorporating agreed commercial terms into predefined contract templates in a timely manner.
Responsibilities include (but are not limited to):
- Draft and review commercial contracts and related documentation (e.g., contract revisions, amendments, novations).
- Liaise with traders, operators, and other internal departments to identify potential risks in transactions and provide practical recommendations to mitigate them.
- Ensure the timely and accurate formalization of trading contracts in accordance with internal standards and specific trading terms.
- Work closely with Legal and Trading teams to ensure clarity, consistency, and compliance in the structure and language of contracts and templates.
- Maintain and regularly update the centralized document management system, acting as the primary repository for all contract-related materials.
Experience & Competencies:
- Bachelor's degree (or advanced student) in International Affairs, Law, or a related field – mandatory.
- Fluency in English (spoken and written) – mandatory.
- Strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and the ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in a large multinational company (preferred).
- Proficiency in French or Portuguese is highly desirable.
- Familiarity with Incoterms and industry-standard contracts such as FOSFA, ANEC, NAEGA, and GAFTA is strongly preferred.
