Accounting Assistant

Job Purpose: Support Corporate Finance operations by ensuring accurate accounting processes, timely reporting, and effective maintenance of key controls and systems.

Responsibilities (but not limited to):

Perform account analysis and reconciliations on a monthly basis.
Manage daily bank account updates and postings.
Maintain accounts weekly and monthly, including allocations, data validation, and cleanup.
Ensure proper system maintenance, including updated mappings and interface management.
Prepare and submit monthly and quarterly financial reports for Group entities.
Process payments accurately within the accounting system.
Review and verify daily payment transactions for completeness and correctness.
Assist with internal and external audit requests and ad-hoc inquiries.

Experience and competencies:

Bachelor's degree or advanced student in accounting.
Fluency in English (oral and written).
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel; experience with Power BI is a plus.
Detail-oriented with a focus on accuracy and timeliness in reporting.
