Treasury Analyst

Job Purpose:
The main purpose of the job is related with Payments management, FX Clearing and Settlement, Back-office functions, Administration.
Responsibilities:
Payments
Process daily payments for Geneva and other EMEA entities with potential additional countries to be added. This includes:
- Managing payments in Payment Gateway and SAP
- Obtaining daily approvals on payments
- Ensuring all payments have been properly forecasted and liaise with regions on any questions
- Liaising with the regions on all payment related questions: sending SWIFTS, payment investigations etc.
- Analysis on payments
- Process treasury payments
- Support the Front Office desk
FX Clearing and Settlement
- Enter all central treasury forecasts in the forecasting/treasury tool
- Run clearing and settlement reports in Kyriba daily
- Liaise with banks to confirm amounts to be exchanged
- Liaise with the treasury team to obtain signatures
- Inform regions on the daily fund’s exchanges related to FX
- Follow-up with banks on any FX related payments or claims
Loans and Settlements
- Perform back-office functions for treasury and trade finance
- Entering Central treasury loans as well as Trade Finance instruments in the treasury systems Kyriba
- Review and BO approve loan entries
- Run clearing and settlement reports in Kyriba daily
- Liaise with the treasury team to obtain signatures
- Ensure completeness and accuracy of the information
- Managing Daily reports to Management
Projects
- Improve automation of manual processes
- Improve Power BI and Excel dashboards
Administration
- Prepare audit request confirmations
- Ensure bank account accuracy
Others
- Support the Geneva office in systems testing
- Ad- Hoc reporting that might be required
- Any Ad-Hoc requests to support the Treasury Manager or perform new tasks assigned to the Back Office team
- Draft and update Back Office procedures
Education and Qualifications:
- University degree in Business administration and / or Finance - High level of IT skills especially on database understanding (Sharepoint, advanced excel and Power BI).
Experience:
- 4 - 5 years of experience in a similar position
Skills:
- Good IT skills especially on database understanding (advanced excel and Power BI skills)
- Detail oriented with strong organizational skills
- Fluent in English (written and oral)
- Strong team player
- Enthusiastic, dynamic personality with comfort in a complex multinational work environment
- Able to work independently under tight deadlines and constraint
- Ability to work in a semi-manual environment that requires enhancements
- Possess highest standards of integrity and reliability
- Available as soon as possible
