Operation Execution Administrator

Job Purpose

 

  • Execution of purchase/sales contracts (checking of received documents, creation of shipments in Trading One, processing of incoming/outgoing goods invoices through Trading One and IAM, issuing of insurance, issuing of supporting documents, document presentation to warehouses/clients,);
  • Processing of service invoices through Trading One and IAM;
  • Inventory management (inbounds): loading of cargo to corresponding warehouse stock (the Netherlands, France, United Kingdom, USA), creation of inventory excel-file;
  • Monthly inventory checks with the warehouse according to CIL policy;
  • Reporting and controlling overdue payments, accruals, and other reports as requested;
  • Check the execution of the contracts within the contract period in cooperation with Contract-desk & commercial teams;
  • Providing support and necessary documents/information for the audit requests;
  • Register new counterparties into our Master Data Management system.

 

Requirements

 

  • Bachelor’s degree in business administration, international business, international relations, logistics;
  • Experience in a similar position is required (International Business & administration);
  • English language fluent both written and spoken;
  • Able to work on their initiative, under time pressure and in a methodical, detailed, and accurate fashion;
  • Very clear and precise communicator both verbally and in writing;
  • Team Player possessing the ability to work and integrate with other teams;
  • Strong interest in the commodities business with first-hand experience.
