Master Data Management Specialist

JOB PURPOSE
You are going to be responsible for the maintenance of the Master Data Platform, monitoring and ensuring the master data quality in all its dimensions

 

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Create and maintain master data objects, across different business systems and following predefined MDM processes.
  • Execute data cleansing based on assessments of business, MDM Team and/or SAP projects requirements.
  • Execute mass updates of master data in central MDM systems, following predefined process.
  • Working with the Business Units (BU) and Process Experts (PE) to resolve master data issues and/or conflicts that do not require MDG TL engagement.
  • Support on the definition and implementation of new master processes, procedures and standards.
  • Support the business users with required procedures and submit incidents, working with the Business Units (BU) and Process Experts (PE).
  • Participate in the SAP MDG implementation projects (User Acceptance Tests and other activities, as required).

  

REQUIREMENTS

  • University Degree with ability to understand both IT and Business Concepts and Tools.
  • Working Experience in MDM and MDG Operations.
  • Working Experience of MDM Standards, Policies and Procedures.
  • Ability to Understand MDM and MDG Implementations, Data Standards, Data Quality Metrics, Data Modelling, among others.
  • Ability to Handle Multiple Tasks Concurrently with Ease and Take Ownership.
  • Keenness in Continuous Learning, Self and Other Team Members' Development.
  • Flexible and Able to Work with Strict Deadlines.
  • Strong Microsoft Office Suits Skills.
  • Ability to efficiently prioritize work and timely inform stakeholders on progress.
  • Experience with working in a highly diverse cultural environment.
  • Strong Written and Communication Skills in English Language.
