HR Automation & Innovation Specialist

We are seeking a builder and problem-solver with a strong technical mindset to help with the next wave of HR automation and digital adoption.
You will work at the intersection of SAP SuccessFactors (including Joule), SAP Build, SAP Analytics Cloud, and downstream systems, designing intelligent, scalable solutions that transform how HR delivers value.
This is not a maintenance role. This is where you will design, test, and launch the automations that redefine the employee experience.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Automation & Digital Experience Design: Create automation workflows within SAP SuccessFactors, SAP Build, and RPA/low-code platforms; and similar tools to drive user adoption and intuitive navigation.
  • SAP SuccessFactors SME: Configure, extend, and optimize modules (starting with Employee Central) to deliver measurable business outcomes; act as solution architect between HR, IT, and vendors.
  • Integrations & Data Strategy: Own the integration architecture between HR and other enterprise platforms (payroll, finance, procurement, ITSM, travel), ensuring data quality, performance, and compliance.
  • AI-Driven HR Solutions: Lead pilots for SAP Joule and other AI tools to enhance HR services (e.g., automated case handling, recommendation engines, AI-generated content for HR processes).
  • Continuous Improvement: Partner with HR teams and business leaders to identify and redesign processes for automation and scalability.
  • Release & Change Management: Manage system updates/releases, ensuring new features are tested, adopted, and optimized.
  • Data Governance: Safeguard global HR data, ensuring compliance with GDPR and other regional privacy requirements.


What You Bring:

  • 3+ years in HRIS, enterprise systems, or HR technology roles, with proven experience in automation or low-code/no-code development.
  • SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central certification; SAP Build or SAP CPI/ SAP BTP certification is a plus.
  • Experience with SAP Analytics Cloud, RPA tools (UiPath, Power Automate), and/or digital adoption platforms (EnableNow, WalkMe, etc).
  • Solid understanding of HR processes and how to apply technology to improve them.
  • Excellent English; Portuguese or Spanish a plus.
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to turn complex problems into practical, scalable solutions.
  • Curiosity and adaptability to work with emerging tech and AI in a rapidly evolving HR tech landscape.
