IT Project Manager

JOB PURPOSE:
As Project Manager you will manage a variety of interrelated infrastructure projects and will provide operational leadership and direction that ensures high quality service delivery.
This role will provide support during the lifecycle of IT projects with infrastructure impacts, to ensure appropriate infrastructure tasks and touchpoints are included in planning, infrastructure design is reviewed and agreed upon, and that infrastructure tasks are progressing as needed. May perform a wide variety of other duties as needed during the lifecycle of the project and in support of Infrastructure Demand Management.
COFCO International is a company created by the fusion of two formerly independent companies. The resulting merge process requires to consolidate the different offices and data centres, undergoing a rationalization and cost-efficiency exercise. This role will help the infrastructure engineers and technical leads by managing the different projects undertaken.

RESPONSABILITIES:
•    Manage regionals and global IT projects during their lifecycle;
•    Provide to the management and the key stakeholders timely reporting of relevant incidents, risks, issues and/or improvement opportunities;
•    Track progress and produce reporting of assigned projects, areas of responsibility or assigned tasks;
•    Look forward anticipating problems in a timely manner;
•    Manage 3rd party suppliers including network, data centre and security;
•    Manage multiple stakeholders in different locations - communicate and help with transitions;
•    Be involved in activities to implement, manage, and support enterprise infrastructure solutions globally;
•    Managing and reporting on allocation of project budget;
•    Participate in project decisions regarding technical approaches, cost, scheduling, and performance;
•    Participate in collaborative projects across multiple teams, regions and/or disciplines as appropriate;
•    Plan, organize, control, and evaluate IT and electronic data operations.

REQUIREMENTS:
•    At least 8 years of experience in similar positions;
•    ITIL Knowledge;
•    Excellent written and verbal communication skills;
•    Strong team player;
•    Ability to take ownership of problems and see them through to completion;
•    Working collaboratively with multidisciplinary global teams with a focus on delivery in a rapidly changing environment;
•    Ability to work cross functionally to meet local and corporate goals;
•    Eager to learn with a can-do attitude;
•    Fluent in English.
DESIRABLE:
•    PMI / Scrum or any other Project Management Certification;
•    Experience in ServiceNow platform or another ITBM / ITSM tool;
•    Understanding large and complex customer IT infrastructure (DC, WAN, LAN, Voice, etc);
•    Experience across the following IT infrastructure technologies Servers, Storage, Databases, Desktop, Voice, and Data Networks;
•    Understanding of security products: FW, Proxy, Identity management, etc;
•    Experience working with Cloud technologies (Azure / Huawei);
•    Able to work independently at programme level and engage with global teams.
