Senior M&A Analyst

岗位职责： 

• 支持投资全流程管理，包括投资计划、项目审查、投资后评价等 
• 支持项目审查相关工作，配合团队对投资项目的可行性、盈利性进行分析，审核项目财务模型及相关财务资料，提出合理化建议 
• 具备一定公文写作能力，能够独立起草汇报材料 
• 完成部门交办的其他工作 

任职资格：

• 国内外一流院校硕士及以上学历，金融或相关专业背景。 
• CFA 持证或在考，具备系统的金融分析与估值方法论者优先。 
• 3年左右相关工作经验，具备投行、投资机构或企业战投经验；熟悉完整的投资与尽职调查流程。（拥有农粮/大农业领域经验者优先） 
• 具备扎实的财务与会计基础，能够独立搭建、测算并审核复杂的财务模型 
• 具备公文及商业报告撰写能力  
• 能高效推动跨部门/跨机构协作 
• 具备优秀的英文读写能力（适应国际化工作语言环境） 
• 执行力强，具备良好的抗压能力与职业操守
