Senior IT Specialist

岗位职责:

1. 参与公司内容业务系统的需求调研、方案设计、开发、运营；

2. 管理技术团队（含供应商），制定项目计划，并按计划推进项目进度，确保项目按质量与目标交付；

3. 参与中粮国际项目，协同国内外技术团队推进项目进度；

任职资格：

1、大学本科及以上学历，计算机相关专业优先。

2、五年及以上开发工作与项目管理经验，具备良好的沟通能力，充分理解业务需求，具备良好的业务分析能力与系统设计能力；

3、可与团队高效协作，按计划推进项目进度，确保项目质量与目标达成；

4、熟悉多种开发语言优先，对前后端开发有一定的经验，熟悉VUE、JS、ES6、CSS3、JAVA后端开发等技术，可熟练运用spring、springboot、mybatis等框架；

5、熟悉JM调优，熟悉常见的中间件、缓存、消息队列等，熟悉MySQl、PG SQL等常见数据库，熟悉Linux指令；

6、了解常见API开发调试技术优先，例如：RESTful API、JSON等，了解SAP PI/PO优先；

7、熟悉Git、Devops等管理工具，熟悉前后端部署，性能优化等；

8、对RPA、BI、大模型和AI智能体等有所了解，具备持续学习的意愿及能力；

9、英语听说读写顺畅，可进行日常工作交流。
