岗位职责：

1. 参与贸易和非贸易合同起草、审核；
2. 参与诉讼、仲裁等争议解决；
3. 参与贸易制裁、反贿赂和反腐败、反洗钱以及衍生品监管合规等合规事务；
4. 参与并购、合资、股权处置等商业项目；
5. 参与公司章程、决议、纪要、变更注册等公司法律事务；
6. 对接全球法律、合规团队，并负责向集团、国资委等起草各类汇报、报告等；
7. 开展法律研究并在全球法律会议上汇报。

任职资格：

1. 硕士研究生及以上学历。本科即在国外接受法学教育者，需JD或JSD等学位
2. 已取得法律职业资格（或已通过境外bar考试）
3. 口头及书面表达能力强，思维严谨，逻辑清晰，善于抓住问题本质；
4. 能以英语作为日常工作沟通语言，口语、书面表达均良好，二外为西班牙语、葡萄牙语或俄语者优先。
